General Utility Worker

General Utility Workers work seasonally approximately 40 hours per week, with holiday and weekend work needed. The positions normally begin from March-April and run through September-October.

This position is accountable for park clean-up and everyday maintenance in particular areas, which will be designated to each worker.

Job Information

The Visitor Center Office Attendant works 16 hours a week during weekends and turning shifts, as needed. This position will be needed to work weekends and/or weekdays.

The pay is $17 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

This position will be assisting the park’s office assistants by being the very first contact to greet park visitors and supplying them with details and support. Duties include: answering the telephone and e-mails, using an appointments system to book camping and centers, taking messages, carrying out clerical duties like typing letters and fliers, and opening/closing the visitor center on the days they are working. They will also operate walkie-talkies and manage cash.
