About TaraD

In my recent networking with other professionals across the cannabis space, I felt the time was right to reach out and share my ideas about how I can help fill an important talent gap in cannabis. Some would say that the industry is still in its infancy. However, I know that it desperately needs leaders who can drive process rigor and create new growth opportunity. This is where I excel and could add value to a team.

I am not the typical sales and business development professionalwho thinks about the cannabis industry only as the new frontier for growth opportunities. My story is about a life-changing event that forever reshaped the way I think about healthcare, pain management, and the opportunity to transform the lives of others. In 2013, I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. Like many who have been diagnosed with MS, I have woven my way through the matrix of treatment options. In many ways, I am a walking testimonial for the transformative power of medical marijuana and CBD.

The unique approach I offer combines my own personal experiences with my world-class marketing and advertising, sales enablement, market development, and process background. Those who have worked with me and know me best can tell you that I believe strongly in the power of process to expose vulnerabilities and create cultures of continuous improvement. There are millions of people counting on the success of the cannabis industry. As one of them, I feel we owe it to them to get it right.

You will find that I am one of the most passionate medical cannabis spokespersons. The founder and leader of a small interest group of those whose lives have been impacted by MS, I have earned the reputation as an outspoken supporter of medical marijuana/THC and CBD. I have incredible respect for the plant and accept every opportunity I have to learn about it, evangelize it, and build communities that support it.

As I am sure you can tell, I am very energized and excited to use my professional strengths to make a difference for people in the marijuana space, especially those who suffer with chronic pain. At the same time, my story can help uncover new markets and revenue-generating opportunities.

I would welcome a brief call with you in the coming week to learn more about what this job entails. Please find my resume attached. Thank you in advance.

Cheers!
