As part of Conde Nast\'s digital video launch team, collaborated with the company\'s iconic print titles on the creation of a clear and distinctive video vision and voice, and implemented site specific video strategy and programming plans to build each into a multi-platform leader in the space. Communicated each brand\'s ethos to external production partners, and took a hands-on approach through all stages of each greenlit project to ensure each met our creative, budgetary, and strategic mandates, while also maintaining the brand\'s aesthetic, tone, and voice. Oversaw the development and production of 23+ short-form series in all genres of programming for Vogue, Teen Vogue, Glamour, Allure, and Self as part of the launch team of Conde Nast\'s digital video network and managed YouTube channels.
