Led cross-functional and strategic programs to grow revenue, audience, community and content production for global lifestyle video network. • Led cross-functional team (Product, Content Operations & Marketing) to develop and launch Tastemade video apps across mobile (iOS & Android) and connected devices including Apple TV, Roku and Amazon Fire TV. • Built and developed Tastemade’s curated global network of ‘tastemakers’ generating billions of digital interactions. • Sourced, negotiated and managed video content licensing partnerships with a wide range of distributors including Scripps, Comcast, Verizon, ABC, YouTube, Amazon, Hulu, Yahoo, and Apple. • Responsible for ongoing partnership development including establishing and maintaining relationships with technology companies, emerging distribution platforms, ad-networks, video service companies, social media marketers and others.

    Metacafe merged with Studio71 (formerly Collective Digital Studio) in 2012. • Led content and business development team focused on growing network of video publishers. • Created new approach to identifying and aggregating high potential YouTube channel partners as part of company’s multi-channel network. Developed proprietary data set, technology & process which successfully identified breakout channel prospects early in their life cycle.

    Headed global content and business development for top 5 short-form video site. Joined initially to head the creator partnership program which progressed into leading content and business development. • Led business development efforts centered on creation of publisher network and distribution, promotion and monetization of curated short-form entertainment content. Network grew to become largest source of revenue for Metacafe. • Co-launched and managed content partner program focused on video entertainment for guys in the movie, video game and action sport verticals. Program grew to more than 100 key partners driving significant proportion of US video views and enhanced revenue. • Headed ad operations team and managed relationships with ad networks and ad tech suppliers. • Established and managed editorial team responsible for daily programming, audience development, social media outreach and content packaging for distribution on Metacafe and throughout the network. • Created in-house video production studio and worked with editorial team to develop slate of original shows and franchises. • Worked closely with counterparts in product development to develop support and distribution systems for partners including publishers, media companies and content producers.
