I worked in the media group at Booz Allen for 3 years after graduating Columbia B school and have since spent the last ~15 years as a senior executive playing a leading role in creating the $4BN eBook market from scratch. I ran the digital business at Random House for 5+ years, launched a news and eBooks reading business for Nokia in Europe and Asia, and was CRO and employee #2 at Oyster which introduced the subscription model to eBooks and sold to Google in 2013. I recently completed a successful 3 years as EVP Revenue at Open Road where I launched a $10MM B2B marketing service business, grew retail revenues 25%+ YoY 3 straight years, and helped increase their direct to consumer newsletter reach to >1MM subscribers.
