About LAFinn

As an experienced TV story/producer recent work includes Discovery Channels' "Fast N' Loud" and its popular spin-off "Misfit Garage" for Pilgrim Media Group. As well as supervising story producer work on Discovery Channel's shark week special, "Bear Vs. Shark" with Bear Grylls for Electus. The VH1 / Scout Productions pilot "To Catch a Kitchen Beautician" and the Magnetic / HGTV series "I Hate My Bath". That series was unique as I supervised and collaborated with a team of four editors and five writers, completing over 60 episodes all remotely. Past producer experience includes the series "Mysterious Journeys" and "Medical Miracles" for the Discovery Network. The Food Network's "Food Finds" and HGTV's "Home's That Made Hollywood". Not only did I pull permits, clear locations and obtain releases. But, I was also responsible for researching, scheduling, budgeting, conducting pre-interviews, writing story break downs, hiring crew and overseeing re-enactment casting. Lastly, as a producer fluent in AVID with experience in both production and post, I'm able to assess possible shooting and post conflicts to create a smooth workflow for the team and the project. I really looking forward to learning more about your project and answering any questions that you may have. If you would like to see samples of some of my work they can be seen at www.joshuajfinn.com in the media section. Thank You Joshua Finn 323-620-4216 *References upon request
