Orchestrated scripted and non-scripted development for 38 international and 40 domestic channels. Proposed an ingenious programming strategy to quickly capture the burgeoning 22 to 35 millennial viewership demographics and grow market share. Launched Zee Entertainment Originals, an English-speaking channel featuring woke, compelling programming. Partnered with established producers to identify and develop high-impact pop culture stories and format concepts. Partner with distribution, marketing, and sales to drive viewership and platform growth. Created development budgets, introduced finance software to provide transparent budget management. Recruited to reduce soaring feature film production budget costs. Devised strategic film packaging business plan with overlapping shooting schedules and shared resources. Ran strategic planning and operations, negotiated competitive vendor and crew deals without sacrificing quality while raising the ROI. Ran strategic planning and managed operations to ensure the successful execution of new processes. Established packaging guidelines to standardize, replicate, and scale production. Constructed in-house vs. studio models, based on capital investment, resources, risk, and territory rights. Package actor deals; traded upfront fees for backend revenue share and exposure in international markets. Lowered overall budgets by 14% and recorded a higher ROI. Raised company profile in the Hollywood film community and increased profitability by 18%.

Assisted in daily production, development, scheduling, and operations for a variety of TV series distributed to 173 countries. Broadened the scope of alternative network programming, produced diverse, crossover content to attract millennials. Analyzed European production sensibility, wrote a style guide story structure, themes, production values, and acting style. Interviewed more than 100 European content creators to gain insight into market receptivity to India, Singapore, Dubai. Studied hundreds of popular TV shows across the continent to understand the cultural zeitgeist of each territory. Introduced controversial disruptive programming into the marketplace, such as dating and fashion shows. Viewership rose by 5% as a result of new programming and Zee greenlighted several more millennial-centric shows.
