I am an experienced Production Executive having produced over 1,500 hours of reality, documentary, comedy, and live event programming for broadcast, cable and streaming networks. Over the past 15 years, I have defined and operationalized cost effective business, production and postproduction workflows for various outlets including Netflix, Disney+, Discovery Channel, Bravo, and A&E. I have always fostered a collaborative team environment that accelerated efficiencies and maximized output.
In addition to being an effective manager, negotiator and influencer, I know how to implement top down processes that benefit the bottom-line and lead to efficient creative execution. In my current role as Vice President of Production Management & Operations at the startup content studio, Haymaker Productions, I set up production and post production operations on presentation tapes, pilots, and series with individual budgets ranging from $20K-$15M. I simultaneously lead cross-functional departments including human resources, business and legal affairs, production management, postproduction, facility management, and finance ensuring growth targets are hit.
Thanks for your time!
