I am a Creative Producer and Development Executive with experience that ranges from a lead role inside the world’s largest toy manufacturer to an entrepreneur running a production company creating diverse, original IP.
Some of my clients include Sony, Mercedes Benz, Amgen Biotech, Warner Bros, and US Defense Department.
At Mattel, I produce multi-media events for some of largest movie franchises. At Magic Synapse, our original properties include “The Magic Poof,” an award winning children’s series. Our development slate includes reality, comedy and drama projects.

2013 - 2019
Formed a production company to develop original IP in comedy, animation, drama, reality and children’s content. Our team of creatives include an illustrator, playwright, editor, commercial director, documentary filmmaker, film and television writers. • Created “The Magic Poof”, a series of diverse picture books that tell the story about a little girl with magic hair who is her best friend. The series is the winner of the Gold Mom’s choice Award for excellence in family friendly media and is designed to inspire children to embrace their differences. o Marketing includes an award-winning companion app, partnership with social cause organizations, school tours and press exposure. • Series in Development: o “The Magic Poof” – Currently developing picture books into a half-hour, animated television series. o “A Date With Destiny” – A reality dating series with a spiritual bent: Logline: Everyone is searching for love, but only the divine can help you realize it. o “Expat” – A one-hour television drama about a former soldier, now criminal who is deported under the “US Immigration Equality Act”. o “AV” – A half-hour comedy based on the absurd adventures of a group of employees in a workplace you never knew existed.
2008 - 2019
Producer and Director of multi-media events for the world’s largest toy company launching licensed merchandise for movie studios including Disney, Warner Brothers and NBC Universal. • Responsible for producing events that generate deals worth hundreds of millions of dollars for some of entertainment’s largest franchises including Jurassic World, Justice League and Minions. • Pulled in last minute to manage and lead a cross-departmental team of thirty to recreate a functional film set in less than a week. • The best way to get work out of every division on time is to have the experience and knowledge about what it takes to create their exact piece of the puzzle.
1995 - 2002
• Managed over fifty staffers at multiple locations for an international, multi-media production company for clients including: Amgen Biotech, Mercedes Benz, Four Seasons Hotels and Warner Brothers. • Responsible for training, recruitment, career development, scheduling and budgeting. • Show director, crew supervisor and head technician. • Created a full series of management training videos on effective communication, relationship and team building, proper disciplinary action and corporate culture.
1997 - 1998
CNN / CNN International
• Accepted into prestigious writing program. Created scripts for domestic, international and breaking news. • Trained in commercial master control, graphics and video playback operation. • Video Editor for CNN Features Library and CNN Interactive.
1994 - 1997
New Phoenix Filmworks
• Co-Founded a film production company creating direct-to-home video features. • Films included the super-hero thriller “Dark Fury” and the Bikini Romp: “The Outrageous Adventures of the Politically Incorrect Bikini Babes.”
2002 - 2012
Producer of news, documentary, industrial, television and live events projects for Fortune 500 clients including: Mattel Toys, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, Frito Lay, Microsoft, Google and Turner Television. • Extensive international consulting in Europe and Asia. • Directed a series of World health Symposiums in Istanbul, Reykjavik, Moscow, Kuala Lumpur, Vienna, Paris, Helsinki, Montreal and Tel Aviv. • Developed an Iraqi television news station for the US Defense Department • Video Assist – “The Matrix Reloaded” and “The Matrix Revolutions” (Warner Brothers studios) and Battleship (Universal Pictures).
