Brought on by media and business executives, entertainment colleagues and nonprofit organizations to streamline team communications, produce live and virtual events and develop corporate and promotional materials. - Vote Save America’s Adopt A State Program (2020): Worked with bi-partisan organizations Fair Fight led by Stacey Abrams and Pennsylvania Stands Up to educate voters in battleground states about registration, early voting and mail-in ballot options for the 2020 Presidential Election. - Women’s March Alliance (2017-2019): Directed logistical communications and safety information on behalf of team leads for over 30 volunteers serving the medical staff for this event attracting +50,000 marchers. - Executive Professional Development Training (2019): Coached executive’s presentation, communication and public-speaking skills while optimizing LinkedIn posts for more impactful professional connections to help transition to a new leadership role at a Fortune 100 company. - Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) Advocacy Day (2018): Presented facts and shared personal story to members of Congress to garner their support of PCOS Awareness Month and Bicameral Congressional PCOS Caucus. - Event Planning (2017-2020): Produced live and virtual events for friends and family. - Editing (2017-2020): Review corporate writing materials such as cover letters, resumes, bios, essays, corporate correspondence and presentations; overhauled language for newly launched nutrition website and punched up promotional pitches for a comedy web series. - Garden State Film Festival Publicist (2016): Crafted press releases, scheduled interviews and directed the red carpet for New Jersey’s premiere large scale film festival with photographers, filmmakers and talent including Ed Asner, THE SOPRANOS’ Al Sapienza and Sally Struthers.

Recruited by Lionsgate to join this startup streaming service that curates quality films for movie lovers. Reported to SVP, Corporate Communications at Lionsgate and Head of Editorial at Tribeca Shortlist. Led Communications and PR team while also acting as an Executive Assistant. Managed media, talent and executive relations, scheduling, budgeting, internal communications across partnerships and product launches. Company was relocated to Los Angeles. - Identified and led publicity strategies while overseeing public relations agency Bender Helper Impact (B/HI) for talent (Shortlisters) and film collections. Press exclusives were secured for Shortlisters, such as John Legend, Gary Oldman, Tom Hiddleston, Gary Marshall, Alec Baldwin, Martha Stewart, John Leguizamo, Rachael Ray, Tyler Perry and Morgan Spurlock. - Managed successful corporate partner relationships with top brands like Apple, Google, Android, Amazon, Tribeca Film Festival and British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) by creating approval protocols and streamlining communications. Arranged partnerships with The Rachael Ray Show and device partner Roku for giveaways and free service memberships with IndieWire for their relaunch which led to huge spikes in service sign-ups. - Prepared executives for press opportunities and events through media training, creating talking points, researching background info and organizing travel and schedules. Hired as a Manager with Executive Assistant responsibilities, reporting to the VP of Public Relations, IFC. Planned and coordinated publicity appearances, interviews and events. Oversaw talent, publicists, managers, producers and media relations, scheduling, travel, award submissions, internal communications, presentations, budgeting and relationship with the PR agency BWR. - Supervised publicity opportunities for PORTLANDIA such as a NY Times Talk. Also publicized the launches of THE SPOILS OF BABYLON, DOCUMENTARY NOW! and MARON. - Organized and led award submissions, campaigns and stunts. PORTLANDIA’S creative 2014 Emmy® campaign was highlighted in Variety’s “The Best of This Year’s Emmy Campaigns” list.
