Summary
Mark has over three decades in non-fiction television production and development on both coasts and has contributed to nearly a thousand hours of content across his career. He spent seven and a half years as a production executive at Discovery, Inc where he was staff at Discovery, TLC, and Travel Channel, executive producing series like American Chopper, American Casino, Rides,Overhaulin’, and American Hot Rod, among many others. Prior, he was staff at National Geographic Television serving as a supervising producer on their long running series, Explorer.
Most recently, Mark created or co-created the series Geraldo Rivera’s Murder in the Family for Reelz, Hand Built Hot Rods for Motor Trend, Unique Rides for Velocity, DC Cupcakes for TLC, Snipers, Inc. and Car Czar, both for Nat Geo. Mark is the Co-creator of Fastest Cars in the Dirty South for Motor Trend.
Finkelpearl co-authored TV star Will Castro’s new memoir, entitled Unique Hustle: My Drive to be the Best Car Customizer in Hip Hop and Sports. Mark is a member of the Producers Guild of America (PGA) and the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (ATAS)
