Barbara Dury is a multi award winning Senior Journalist, Writer and Executive Producer. As a 60 Minutes producer for more than two decades, Ms. Dury produced more than one hundred 60 Minutes news documentaries.

Ms. Dury has also produced major documentaries in the digital space for Retro Report with her work airing via the New York Times Website. Her work internationally has included expert training of journalists, designing and implementation of trainings for international participants in countries that include Jordan, Palestine, Syria, Bangladesh, Pakistan and Thailand.
Ms. Dury is responsible for launching the first independent television news station and Web TV channel in Jordan, developing capacity-building programs for senior level reporters and development of two ethics and standards manuals

Hired by international news organizations and executives to work with talent, train journalists on long form story telling and news production management. Trained more than 250 journalists in Jordan, Palestine, Bangladesh, Pakistan and Thailand Developed and launched A Web TV Channel in Amman Jordan, three Investigative/Research Reporting Centers in Bangladesh and Thailand and a Premiere News Magazine Broadcast. Developed two ethics and standards books currently being used internationally.

Developed documentaries from pitch to final edit, which aired via the New York Times, PBS News Hour, Aqui y Ahora and The American Experience. Contributed to the development of an online living library, revitalizing major historical news stories. These include: The McMartin Pre-School case, the sixteen distinct personalities of Sybil, the Grandmothers of the Plaza de Mayo in Argentina, the history of Lobotomy and the Robert Bork, Neil Gorsuch hearings.
