I’m an unscripted format developer and producer with over 25 years experience creating hit shows as a production company founder and network executive. My specialty is developing original programming and identifying international formats that I have adapted into long-running series.

I formed and ran my own production company for a dozen years, where I created, developed and produced shows for MTV, VH1, CMT, Comedy Central, and Court TV among others. As head of original programming at truTV, I helped lead the channel’s move into more advertiser-friendly programming. I launched “Impractical Jokers,” which remains the channel’s highest-rated series and has earned millions of dollars in integrated marketing revenue. I reported directly to the network’s president, managed a ten-person team, ran multi-million dollar budgets, collaborated with fellow department heads, and worked closely with outside production companies and talent agencies.

In addition to “Impractical Jokers,” some of my best-known projects include MTV’s “Silent Library” and “Boiling Points,” the latter of which was the highest-rated daily strip show in the channel’s history. Recent projects include Jon Cena’s “Double Take” for Facebook Watch and BYUtv’s “Tricked.” I’ve developed with Jimmy Kimmel, produced for Eminem, and pranked Lady Gaga.
